Kundalini is the most potent form of yoga one shall come across while proceeding on the path of spirituality. It is most surprising that in my case I was not required to awaken my Kundalini as it was only after having realized God that I became aware that my Kundalini had fully awakened.

And what does awakening of the kundalini mean? It must have been the grace of God that my Kundalini awakened unknown to me. It was really fearful that something coiled within me was the cause of great scare and delusion while I was in the initial stages of my spiritual pursuit. It must have been about 15~20 years before I realized God in 1993.

Something within me as scary as the wildest of the wild King Cobras staring blank at me confronted me many times in a day. I could not sleep for many nights in continuation for the dread of the King Cobra staring at me (while my eyes were closed) was really frightening. I was really frightened at that stage but not willing to give way. I had to succeed and reach the end of my journey.

I tried to discuss with many about the Serpentine Kundalini power but I was only told that there are many chakras in the spine of the body and for one to rise higher on the spiritual platform... we need to get the chakras activated from the bottom to the top.

I was also made aware that it was the practice of Brahmacharya Vrata (practice of absolute celibacy) which shall result in the elevating of the chakras. How and when was clearly unknown? The path of practicing Brahmacharya Vrata nay celibacy was not even clear to the most accomplished religious leaders I came across.

Kundalini Shakti can only be awakened in the human form. It is not only complementary to practicing of Brahmacharya Vrata (absolute celibacy) but it is also directly related to practicing Brahmacharya Vrata nay celibacy. The Kundalini Shakti which is lying coiled in the human spine can never be awakened unless one practices absolute Celibacy Brahmacharya Vrata for a continuous period of minimum 12 years.

This period of 12 years is fixed. It is for 12 years Gautama Buddha practiced extreme form of meditation under a Banyan tree. Unknown to him his Kundalini was getting awakened in the process.

Similarly Mahavira also practiced Celibacy Brahmacharya Vrata for a continuous period of 12 years before the wisdom of the cosmos was showered upon him. He became an Arihanta after that. Arihanta is that stage in Jainism when one becomes omniscient after having mastered the art of Kaivalya Jnana.

Every true seeker of spirituality... one who is willing to go a long way up the ladder of spiritual progress... needs to practice absolute Celibacy Brahmacharya Vrata for a continuous period of 12 years. Only then his Kundalini would get fully awakened. The awakening of the kundalini cannot be attained by any other process other than practicing Brahmacharya Vrata (celibacy). It is a must. There is no shortcut.

Kundalini... the Serpentine energy present within the body of a human being and located in the chakras existing within the spine is only lying dormant. It has always been. By awakening of the kundalini we do not gain something out of the body. It is only that by practicing the right mode of kundalini yoga we release this dormant energy lying within the body.

The Kundalini Shakti is not the shape of a single Serpent alone. Initially when it manifests during intense process of kundalini yoga... we come across a many headed Serpent staring at us from a point-blank range. It is as if hell has been served for breakfast. One moment my Kundalini was getting awakened and the other moment I was required to dash to the school. How horrifying it was?

However horrifying those moments of staring at the Serpentine energy may have been but something within me always kept me going. This was the power of my atman the soul within which always kept prompting that somehow I had to over come this Serpentine energy which only appeared in visions and was practically non-existent.

My atman the soul within kept me going. For days I could not have my breakfast properly. Getting up from the shocking stare of the kundalini Serpent the night throughout sometimes led me to skip my school. I lay down in the Shavasana pose of meditation the day throughout and stared at this Kundalini energy. I had to be the winner at all costs.

Something within told me that if I was to come face-to-face with God within this life... I had to overcome the Kundalini energy lying dormant within me. I had to somehow release it. I felt it was only then the grace of God would fall upon me and I might chance to learn more of God. Imagining about a nonexistent God had its own power of remorse. What could be done... there was no other remedy.

Contrary to the spiritual seekers of today who sometimes think that it was unfair on the part of God to hide himself... at no stage in my life I ever felt that God was deceiving the mankind. There must have been a cause for God remaining hidden from the total mankind nay from every form of Jiva (living beings). God was always right... he was not the form of a human being... it was a pure celestial energy... the combined power of all purified Souls Atmans existing in whole Cosmos.

I remember that as I was nearing the full awakening of my Kundalini energy... it was a process of day and night (24/7). I had to overcome this hurdle at any cost. The last day when I stared at this Serpentine form of energy and told the kundalini Serpent clearly that it cannot get away from my clutches and must subdue before me... it finally succumbed.

I had won... my practice of Celibacy Brahmacharya Vrata for a continuous period of 12 years had won. I had practically become omniscient. I could feel the powers that be within my grasp. One look at a book and I had become the master. It was as if I had written it in one of my previous manifestations. The awakening of the kundalini had bestowed upon me one of the choicest grace of God... the complete power of wisdom had been laid bare at my footsteps.

It was now up to me how I could utilize that power for the benefit of mankind. Remember Acharya Rajneesh (nee Osho) almost completing the spiritual journey. He had very diligently practiced celibacy for a long period but before he could complete the journey... he succumbed to entice of the sexual pleasures! He mixed yoga with sex. He failed... rather he was kicked out of USA and there came a time when no single country in the whole world was willing to take him.

The patience and persistence which is the second name for India, the great Bharat Varsha where Acharya Rajneesh truly belonged finally accepted him to die a graceful death. It was only after having completed almost 98% of the journey that Acharya Rajneesh could not carry it further. He could not complete the minimum period of 12 years practicing absolute Celibacy Brahmacharya Vrata.

Acharya Rajneesh was an excellent seeker of spirituality. He made the same mistake which Sage Vishwamitra committed. On seeing the sight of a beautiful lady taking bath in forlorn deep dense jungles... this renowned Sage could not contain his self and fell from grace. He committed the same mistake that Adam had committed.

Let me make it clear that Adam did not commit a mistake. It was all destined by God and for the perpetuation of life itself... that sacred union with Eve was planned by God. It was not a sin but Acharya Rajneesh and Sage Vishwamitra indulged in a practice which was not called for. They paid for their sins. Sage Vishwamitra had to repeat the spiritual journey all over again and for Acharya Rajneesh... it is the case of a next manifestation!

In the case of Sage Vishwamitra it was not a sight by choice. While proceeding on the path of pure spirituality... it is God Almighty which does not desire us from completing our cosmic journey of at the earliest. It is at this moment that the choicest of the materialistic wants are offered to us. If we succumb like Acharya Rajneesh or Sage Vishwamitra... we fail.

In both the cases we have practically gone back 10~12 years on the spiritual plane... a totally undesirable happening. They could have timely awakened their Kundalini but failed. We have to suppress by choice (and not by compulsion) all wanton desires if we are to reach the ultimate goal of life... seek emancipation forever from the cycle of birth and death.

The shock of going back in time by period of 10 to 12 years is not small by any standard. It is really disgraceful for even the most accomplished spiritual seeker... the task of facing the society! It is a direct fall from grace and there is no immediate reprieve. Practicing absolute celibacy for awakening of the kundalini has to be repeated again. Another go of 12 years minimum!

We must always remember that it is not the body which has taken Atman soul but it is the vice versa. It is our soul the atman within which has manifested the body. It is the supreme power... the Almighty God himself in minuscule form. If this power is available to us... why fear the unknown. Face Serpentine kundalini energy head-on... there is nothing to be scared of... it is all in the thinking!

No doubt that even in thinking facing the Serpentine kundalini energy is no less a task... it is the testing moment of the spiritual glory one shall face later on.

We must always remember that the moment the body completes its function... it decays and die. The power of thoughts... the mind power... the positive power of life plays a very important role in the life of a human being. It is ultimately the mind power which differentiates between a laborer and a king.

Bodily there is no difference between two human beings other than their thinking prowess. Imagine the thinking potential of Bill Gates... the architect of the famous Windows program! This man was practically kicked out of the school by his teachers and the principal as they found him unworthy of being a student in their school.

His mother had abundant faith in him... she taught and took care of her child both as a parent and a teacher. She knew that her beloved son seems to have developed a mission in life. He knew what he was after! She was only to act as a teacher and guide so that her son could reach the goal of his life. She was not wrong. The child ultimately succeeded in life and became Bill Gates... the founder of Microsoft Corporation. No small task indeed!

The power of faith plays a very important and dominant role on the path of spirituality. It is only the power of faith that was expressed by the mother of Bill Gates, the power of faith Madame Curie had in her experiments of pitchblende that she was able to discover radium even at a very young age.

She lost her body in the process. Her body decayed and died from the radiation of the radium existing in pitchblende. Unlike Bill Gates she never wanted any royalty for the wonderful product she had discovered. Millions of lives till date have been saved owing to the discovery of radium. Glory is to ladies like Madame Curie who gave away her life for the sake of mankind.

What when Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft Corporation leaves his body! Everyone knows that none is immortal! There shall come a time when we shall all have to go. If there is absolutely no choice... why not indulge in deeds which shall carry on the name and fame of the inventor in the history of mankind forever!

By simply donating millions of dollars in the coffers of AIDS program by the Melinda Gates foundation is a misnomer. It shall not help. What helps is putting an end to promiscuous acts of the human beings at large. What Melinda Gates charitable foundation is doing is providing a temporary relief to the ailing mankind.

It does not invest in human beings who can deliver that message to the mankind who can truly act as a Messiah for the mankind by putting a full stop on the unholy indulgence. In every era such people exist who can eradicate the problem from the base. The need is for a permanent cure and not a temporary relief. We need to search for them!

If Jesus Christ were alive today I can bet upon it that had he asked for grants from the Melinda Gates foundation... he would have got it! Imagine the publicity the Microsoft Corporation would have got out of it... is that the purpose of a charitable foundation? in hinduism it is believed that if the donation is made by one hand then the other hand must never come to know about it. This is the true spirit of caring for mankind. The rest is all indulgence for the sake of name and fame.

Coming back to the point... we need to always remember that if we have the smallest inkling of becoming a Bill Gates or the likes of Madame Curie in our lives... we need to awaken the power of kundalini lying dormant within us. Unless this dormant power known as Kundalini energy is awakened... the real power of a human being can never be truly expressed upon!

Every God realized soul... every enlightened being had got the kundalini awakened fully without which they could not have reached that status in life.

Imagine Einstein only able to use 4% of his brain. In the history of mankind he was the only desired one who was able to activate his brain up to that level during his times. It is normally believed that in a normal human being the awakening of the brain is limited to merely one-percent.

Compare this to a hundred percent activation of the brain after a full awakening of the kundalini energy (kundalini Shakti). This is unbelievable. After full awakening of the kundalini it is bliss all the time. The wisdom of the whole Cosmos is now at tips of the fully awakened master. One has become totally and fully omniscient. One has practically reached the level of Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed and become a man God.

Kundalini awakening is by no means a small task... in the last 150 years only two persons have been able to awaken their Kundalini... they were Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana. These two God realized souls are the inner strength of the society today. Swami Vivekananda the famous disciple of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa is looked upon by the world society today as being an enormous spiritual personality.

To talk of his master Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and his achievements have no parallel. The present society... unable to fathom the teachings of the master Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa takes reprieve in the teachings of his world-famous disciple Swami Vivekananda. Glory is to Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana who both got their kundalini awakened in their lifetimes.
