Svadhyaya Self Discipline

Svadhyaya: self discipline is the process by which a Mystic (a Yogi) self disciplines himself to reach the highest bracket of his Life ... Become a living Mahavira, Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed!

Svadhyaya includes following austere practices, reading good religious books which provide Jnana wisdom, remaining in company of God seeking people and doing all which leads one towards God the Creator of the cosmos.

Every person living in a family or leading the Life of a hermit can do svadhyaya leading to purification from within. Truthfulness, righteousness and following your Dharma are all but attributes of practicing Svadhyaya.
